Regional Parks recently received a batch of thank you letters from students at Boyd Elementary School in Rialto who have attended the Environmental Science Day Camp for elementary school students in the county.
The letters thank Regional Parks employees for taking students on a nature hike and helping them experience nature first-hand.
The day camp gives students an opportunity to learn about geology, biology, botany, environmental stewardship and the Serrano Indians.
