The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Abundant Living Family Church, 17555 Mauna Loa Street in Hesperia.

  1. Will this cover incidents that happened out of state? What is the minimum time lapse needed to qualify? My incident happened eight years ago.
