San Bernardino County Public Health’s Nutrition and Wellness Services (NWS) invites you to enjoy their electronic magazine – A Taste of Wellness. NWS’ monthly magazine is filled with nutritious recipes and fun-filled activities available in San Bernardino County and other educational resources to promote healthier lifestyles.

NWS has been recognized by the National Association of Counties (NACo) for programs that promote health, nutrition, and literacy to residents within San Bernardino County. NWS are advocates devoted to improving the wellness of residents, through teamwork and partnerships to educate, empower and inspire the community using innovative, evidence-based interventions that recognize nutrition and physical activity as the foundation of wellness.
