National Poll Worker Recruitment Day, recognized on Aug. 12, is a time to acknowledge the vital role poll workers play in making elections run smoothly and securely. In San Bernardino County, the Registrar of Voters is proud to support civic engagement and encourages residents to get involved in the democratic process by serving as a poll worker.
Becoming a poll worker is a meaningful way to give back to your community. It’s also a great opportunity to learn more about how elections work and earn extra money while serving your community. If you’re interested in participating, you can complete and submit a poll worker application.
To learn more about what it means to be a poll worker, visit the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters website at Elections.SBCounty.gov/election-workers.
