The San Bernardino County Library system is proud to announce a new digital resource for residents: free access to Blinkist, the popular learning platform that distills bestselling non-fiction books and podcasts into quick, digestible summaries. Beginning this month, library cardholders can enjoy unlimited access to thousands of titles designed to support continuous learning — anytime, anywhere.
Blinkist offers curated “Blinks” across a wide range of interests including personal development, business, wellness, science and technology. Each title can be read or listened to in just 15 minutes, making it an ideal resource for busy professionals, students and lifelong learners seeking to stay informed and inspired.
“We are committed to offering modern, accessible tools that empower residents to learn in the way that best fits their lifestyle,” said County Librarian II Lauren Williams. “Blinkist brings high-quality learning directly to our community members’ fingertips — whether they’re on a lunch break, carpool line or relaxing at home.”
This partnership further enhances the County Library’s digital ecosystem, which also includes e-books, audiobooks, research databases and educational streaming platforms. Blinkist is available to all cardholders at no cost, and those without a library card are encouraged to visit any branch or sign up online to start unlocking new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
