Applications will go live on Monday, March 16 at 6 p.m. for the SPARK Youth Employment Program, offering paid work experience for San Bernardino County residents ages 16 to 24. The application period runs through March 27 or until 800 applications have been received — whichever occurs first.
SPARK stands for Support, Pathways, Access, Readiness and Knowledge. The program provides hands-on learning, mentorship and career exploration to help young people build job skills and professional confidence.
Participants will engage in professional development trainings, receive career guidance and gain real-world experience across county departments. Job placements begin in June, and space is limited.
For more information and to apply, visit the SPARK Youth Employment Program Website. Follow @sbcountycareers on social media for updates and announcements.
