We would like to thank Sleiman Moussa of Rialto for submitting stunning photos of his favorite San Bernardino County destination in Redlands.
Kimberly Crest House and Gardens is a historic French Chateau that is surrounding by Italian-style gardens. It was built in 1897 and now serves as both a museum and popular location for photos, events and special celebrations. The estate offers a glimpse into life during the Gilded Age in Southern California.
Visitors can explore the first and second stories of the house and learn interesting facts about the landmark’s history, daily life in the 1900s, and hear stories about the people who once lived and worked there. Visitors can also participate in a garden tour that highlights unique architecture, plant life and water features. Kimberly Crest was designated as a Redlands Historic Landmark in 1989, a California Historical Landmark in 1995, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
