We are proud to present another episode of the Did You Know video series featuring Board of Supervisors Vice Chair and Fifth District Supervisor Joe Baca, Jr. who shares a fun fact about the county’s Pet Foster Program and how it’s helping animals in our community.
Did you know that San Bernardino County Animal Care is now offering a Pet Foster Program for individuals who are willing to open their homes and hearts to a pet in need? Fostering animals is a rewarding way to help pets in need by providing a safe, temporary home outside of an animal shelter. It allows them to recover and socialize in a home environment, increasing their chances of being adopted. Plus, it’s a great way to enjoy the companionship of a pet without a long-term commitment.
Applying is quick and easy. Visit https://animalcare.sbcounty.gov/become-a-pet-foster-parent/ for more information.
