The Purchasing Department offers procurement services, monitors policy compliance, administers countywide contracts, manages vendor relationships, oversees the procurement card program, and establishes electronic procurement system functionality. In addition to procurement, the Purchasing Department offers mail and courier services, liquidation of surplus property, recycling programs and storage services.
