  1. I have 2015 social security returns I was not employed I did not work in 2015 However do I need to file my taxes for the year of 2015

    1. Hi Faith. Unfortunately, the county cannnot answer questions about tax return requirements. The tax preparation services the county offers are through qualified tax consultants. We would advise that you pose that question to a tax preparation consultant, a tax attorney, or the IRS.

  2. Is there anywhere I can get filing back taxes for 2011 and 2012 help at this time? I live in Victorville, Ca. 92395

    1. We would recommend that you consult with a tax preparation company or a tax attorney. The county’s partnership with the IRS only covers current-year filings for low-income residents. Thank you.

      1. Hello. Thank you for contacting us. Services are available at the Redlands TAD office, 1811 W. Lugonia Ave. You can make an appointment by calling (909) 335-3279. Or, you can call (909) 347-1255 to see if there is an alternate location even closer to your home or if the VITA Mobile Unit plans to visit your neighborhood.

    1. Hi Eduardo, this service is for income tax preparation for households with less than $53,000 a year in income, not for corporate taxes. Please contact VITA if you have more questions at (909) 252-4903 or (760) 552-6175. Thank you for your interest.

        1. VITA is only available during the open tax filing season, which ended on April 18. There is only one VITA provider that provides tax services beyond April 18, and that’s Community Action Partnership of Riverside, which can be reached at 951-955-4900. They provide service until Oct. 16.

  4. Hi, I’m trying to get a hold of the office that filed my taxes. I need copies of my W2’s from 2015. I know they took copies of them when I filed. I already contacted the IRS for my 1040, but I really still need my W2’s for financial aid.

    1. Hi Natalie, the County does not keep copies of your W-2 unless you work for the County as an employee. You may want to reach out to your employers. The IRS may also have a copy of the W-2s you filed in 2015. For more information on how to contact the IRS, contact VITA at (909) 252-4903 or (760) 552-6175.

The person who “helped” filed immediately after I was there without looking at the other info I brought which (I found out a day later you guys didn’t do anyway) and I needed to add more to my taxes and now I have to amend my taxes. I don’t have a copy of my taxes to do it. So I don’t recommend anyone could come here have taxes filed because you guys screwed me over on multiple accounts. How do I get tax return copy?
