Citizens interested in running for one these offices may obtain and file the appropriate documents at the Registrar of Voters, 777 E. Rialto Ave., San Bernardino. The Registrar of Voters is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The incumbents for the offices above did not file candidacy documents by the original filing deadline on Aug. 10. California law allows for a five-day extension for new candidates only. Incumbents cannot file during the candidate filing extension period.

I am interested in the Apple Valley water board. I am a retired Fireman and realize that i jave just missed the deadline if persons are appointed rather then elected is the term the same and i just have to wait? Thank you.
