Remembering the December 2 Terrorist Attack

Friday marks the seventh anniversary of the December 2, 2015 terrorist attack in San Bernardino. On that day, 14 people, including 13 county Environmental Health and Public Health employees, were taken from us.

The San Bernardino County Department of Public Health and the Community Vital Signs Initiative is asking county residents to provide feedback aimed at improving community health by taking part in the 2022 Community Health Survey.

Stay Safe This Season by Getting Your Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine

San Bernardino County residents are urged to get both their COVID-19 and flu vaccines to stay safe this season. It is advised to take precautions as COVID-19 and flu cases have increased over the past weeks.

Regional Parks Hiring Lifeguards, Pool Managers for 2023 Swim Season

Regional Parks is gearing up for the 2023 Swim Season and is currently hiring lifeguards and pool managers for Glen Helen and Yucaipa swim complexes for the season opener on Memorial Day weekend.

Reminder: No Snow Play on the Roadway

Snow will continue to fall on our mountain communities in San Bernardino County throughout the weekend, according to the National Weather Service, so let’s be cautious if traveling up to visit.

Resource Fair to Assist Displaced UFI Workers, Other Job Seekers

The San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board will host a support event in the High Desert for individuals whose jobs were recently eliminated at United Furniture Industries (UFI) in Victorville.
