Starting Wednesday, March 20, 2024, the San Bernardino County Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) will host facilitators to provide free legal advice to the community. Family law attorneys will be on hand every Wednesday at the DCSS branch located at 15400 Civic Dr. in Victorville to answer legal questions surrounding child support cases.
The family law facilitators can lend support and clarify matters for families seeking answers to child support litigation. A facilitator can explain the child support process and help file a response to DCSS. If you are considering self-representation, they can assist you with that process. They can also explore settlement opportunities, pleadings as well as answer questions regarding documents.
“We are excited to have an opportunity to collaborate with family law facilitators to bring services to the Victorville office,” said Chief Attorney Nicole Caldera.
You can find more information about this service by visting our Facebook, Instagram or X social media pages.
Note: The facilitators are not affiliated with DCSS; they are employees of the Court and not acting as your personal attorney.
