San Bernardino County Behavioral Health is leading the charge in creating a supportive, compassionate and empowering environment for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing a broad spectrum of services, including mental health treatment, substance use disorder recovery, prevention programs and crisis intervention. Their work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a chance to heal, grow and live their fullest life. Through innovative programs and a team of dedicated professionals, we help individuals find hope and strength, no matter where they are on their journey to recovery. But our work doesn’t stop with providing services—it’s about building a community of care.
This May, Behavioral Health is excited to host several key events that highlight the power of community and the importance of mental health awareness:
- Meet the Artist – This inspiring event showcases the intersection of art and mental health. Attendees can connect with local artists and explore how creativity can support healing and self-expression. The call for art will be announced soon. All county residents are eligible to participate.
- Resilient and Real Summit – This powerful summit will focus on building resilience and addressing real-world challenges. Expert speakers and advocates will share insights on overcoming adversity and fostering mental well-being.
- Evening with the Stars—This is a celebratory evening honoring the stars in our community—individuals and organizations that significantly impact mental health awareness and recovery. It is hosted by the San Bernardino County Behavioral Health Commission.
Whether you are an experienced mental health professional or someone looking to make a difference for the first time, DBH offers an opportunity to be part of something bigger—an inclusive team that is breaking down barriers and building a stronger, healthier future for all.
