San Bernardino County voters are encouraged to vote early at one of the Registrar of Voters’ early voting locations.
The San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters is reminding registered voters that early voting is now open for the Nov. 4, Statewide Special Election, offering options for voters to cast their ballot before Election Day when it’s most convenient for them.
Voters can choose the method that best fits their schedule — by mail, a drop-off location, at an early voting location or in person on Election Day.
Four easy ways to vote
1. Vote by mail
All registered voters have received a ballot by mail. Completed ballots can be returned by mail (no postage required) and must be postmarked on or before Nov. 4, 2025. Voters choosing to vote by mail should mail their ballot back early, as ballots dropped off in mailboxes on Election Day are not guaranteed to be postmarked that same day.
