San Bernardino County Child Support Services now offers webcam appointments at local Transitional Assistance offices, making support more accessible than ever.

San Bernardino County residents can now connect virtually with a child support representative at select Transitional Assistance Department offices, eliminating the need to travel to a child support office. This innovative service was made possible through close collaboration between Child Support Services and the Transitional Assistance Department. Both departments worked together to identify accessible office locations, integrate the necessary technology and coordinate staffing to ensure customers receive seamless, high-quality support.

The program will be available at Transitional Assistance Department locations in Twentynine Palms, Barstow, Yucca Valley, Needles and Adelanto. Customers can visit these offices during regular business hours to meet face-to-face with a child support representative via webcam.

By offering this service, Child Support Services and the Transitional Assistance Department are increasing convenience and accessibility for families throughout the county.

Child Support Services has made significant strides in expanding access to services through a strategic partnership with the Transitional Assistance Department. This collaboration has reimagined how families connect with child support resources, especially in remote and underserved communities, removing transportation barriers and increasing access to services.
