

San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk Josie Gonzales is proud to announce the release of the 2025 Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk (ARC) Annual Report, a comprehensive overview of the department’s accomplishments, service milestones and ongoing commitment to transparency and efficiency on behalf of county residents.
The 2025 ARC Annual Report highlights the work of the Assessor, Recorder, County Clerk, and Archives divisions, providing residents with valuable insights into the county’s property assessment processes, public records services and community programs.
Key sections of the report include:
- Office overview: A summary of the department’s mission, vision and dedication to public service.
- Countywide assessment roll overview: Detailed data on property valuations, reflecting a continued trend of growth and stability across San Bernardino County.
- Supervisorial district information: Assessment data, parcel counts and other insights for residents and policymakers.
- Property tax savings programs: Information on exemptions and relief programs that helped thousands of property owners save money in 2025.
- Recorder-County Clerk and archives highlights: Updates on service innovations, public access enhancements, and two programs recognized with National Association of Counties (NACo) Achievement Awards for excellence in public service and innovation.
