National Night Out 2024 was a resounding success, bringing together local law enforcement, the San Bernardino County Probation Department and the community for an evening of camaraderie, safety awareness and fun. Held on Aug. 6, this annual event serves as a platform to strengthen the relationship between the public and those who work to keep our neighborhoods safe. The presence of local vendors, food trucks and live entertainment added to the lively atmosphere, making it a memorable night.
County Probation played a collaborative role in this year’s event, working closely with local law enforcement agencies to create a family-friendly atmosphere that encouraged positive interactions. The event featured a variety of activities designed to engage residents of all ages, including games, giveaways and educational booths on safety and crime prevention. Community turnout was impressive, with thousands of residents attending to show their support and enjoy the festivities across the county.
