A handsome African American teenage boy stands behind his military mom, dressed in camo, and wraps his arms around her as they smile for the camera. She is holding a small american flag.

San Bernardino County Veterans Affairs is helping dependents of deceased or disabled veterans apply for California college tuition and fee waivers. As California tuition fees increase, the College Fee Waiver Program is a valuable benefit that waives mandatory system-wide tuition and fees at any state of California Community College, California State University, or University of California campus. Students are required to reapply each year to continue their benefits.
