November is National Family Caregivers Month (NFCM), a time set aside to recognize and honor caregivers that provide their loved ones with the support they need. The Department of Aging and Adult Services-Public Guardian (DAAS-PG) appreciates caregivers throughout San Bernardino County and works with local service providers to ensure caregivers have the additional support services and resources they need. 

Families are often the primary source of support for senior adults and individuals with disabilities. However, a caregiver is not limited to family. Service providers such as Inland Caregivers Resource Center (ICRC) have conferences and resources for caregivers and seniors including caregiver support groups.
