Support children in need this holiday season  

San Bernardino County Fire and ABC7 are celebrating the holiday season with the Spark of Love Toy Drive. Help us make the holiday season special for underserved children and teens in San Bernardino County.

Big Bear and Devore Animal Shelters seek toy donations for Happy Pawlidays Adoption Event

The Big Bear and Devore Animal Shelters are currently collecting pet toy donations!

The donations will be redistributed to those who adopt a pet during our Happy Pawlidays Adoption Event, Dec. 15-23.

Come to the San Bernardino County Library holiday events and programs   

The San Bernardino County Library invites residents to attend their upcoming holiday events. Enjoy an amazing experience of fun-filled crafts, face painting, balloon artists, and games.

These events are another opportunity to celebrate and support the Countywide Vision’s literacy campaign, Vision2Read. Visitors should bring their library cards, as every 15 items checked out during the events earns visitors a fun incentive and an opportunity drawing ticket for a chance to win awesome prizes. All activities are free and open to all ages.

County Museum partners with County Library to announce Winter Storytime for young readers  

Join us for a very special Winter Storytime! The San Bernardino County Museum is partnering with the San Bernardino County Library to bring a variety of weekly storytime sessions on select Tuesdays to visitors that will include live music, winter-themed stories, crafts, and more!


Winter Storytime schedule:
Dec. 5, 12, & 19, beginning at 11 a.m. to noon
  
Winter Storytime will feature a wide range of winter-themed children’s books. Some of the readings include a visit to a museum gallery where a special activity will highlight an artifact or museum exhibit.

Winter arrives early at museum with Winter Wonderland Workshop  

Kick-off the holiday season and create sweet memories with loved ones at San Bernardino County Museum’s Winter Wonderland Workshop on Saturday, Dec. 9 from 1 to 3 p.m. The museum will provide visitors with materials, while supplies last, to make one-of-a-kind gingerbread houses and intricate snowflakes.
  
This enchanting workshop is perfect for all ages offering an engaging and educational experience that will ignite curiosity about the wonders of winter. While you’re here, explore the museum and familiar favorites! Museum galleries will be open during the workshop.

Victor Valley Museum hosting ‘Second Saturdays’ Christmas carol event  

Victor Valley Museum invites the community to learn Christmas carols during its ’Second Saturdays’ event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9. 
  
‘Second Saturdays’ is a day that offers hands-on workshops for the entire family.

Baker Community Resource Fair 

The Baker Community Resource Fair is a public event bringing resources to the Baker community. We are committed to extending our efforts throughout  San Bernardino County. The event takes place Dec. 13 from 4 to 6 p.m. and will be located at 72100 Schoolhouse Lane in Baker.

We will be bringing resources and information to your neighborhood. Our dedicated Child Support professionals are eager to meet with you to share child support services and assistance with your child support case needs.

We are teaming up with incredible organizations like Molina, San Bernardino County Schools and Childcare Resource Center to present an impactful community event. We can’t wait to meet you and share resources that will help your children thrive!
