Join us as two of the largest counties face off on the field during the “Home Run for Health” event at San Manuel Stadium on Thursday, June 6. The game begins at 6:35 p.m. and gates open at 5:30 p.m.

The  San Bernardino County and Riverside County departments of public health invite the community to enjoy a free game of baseball as the Inland Empire 66ers and Lake Elsinore Storm step up to the plate to compete. Learn about the different programs and services offered by the public health departments.

This year’s theme is “Defining Equity” and how public health is making strides in creating fair and just health outcomes by promoting health initiatives and services throughout both counties. Public health emphasizes the promotion of health through tailored services and programs and community engagement through a fun and interactive baseball game experience.

“We are excited to see our communities from each county come together and learn about public health and what we do for our residents every day,” said San Bernardino County Health Officer Dr. Michael Sequeira.

Public health promotes healthy behaviors and systems change to reduce health disparities among different populations. This fun-filled event serves as a valuable opportunity to share health education, community well-being and to help improve the quality of life for our residents.

Receive up to four free tickets (while supplies last) by scanning the QR code. Stadium parking is $10 per vehicle. San Manuel Stadium is located at 280 S. E St. in San Bernardino.
