Residents in San Bernardino County’s unincorporated areas and the city of Big Bear Lake can now receive additional financial support for spay and neuter services through the Pet Over Population Coalition (POPCO).
San Bernardino County Animal Care is also allocating funding for vouchers to spay and neuter unowned community cats.
