Travel Training – Get to know the OmniTrans bus system! The Travel Training program provides eligible first-time riders, 62 and older and individuals with disabilities with free one-on-one or group assistance on their first bus ride and gets them on the road to independence. The program gives riders the information and skills to ride the bus with confidence. Complete the session and receive a free 31-day bus pass!

Uber and Taxi Ride Program – OmniTrans matches the amount registered clients contribute to purchase service credits for taxi rides or may receive up to a $15 subsidy per trip with Uber. Clients may register for one of the Ride program options. Both programs have a set maximum monthly limit and are available to eligible seniors 62 and older and individuals with disabilities living in the OmniTrans service area.

Volunteer Driver Program (Transportation Reimbursement Escort Program [TREP]) – The program provides mileage reimbursement for individuals with disabilities who cannot use public transportation and rely on others for transportation to medical appointments, personal errands, visiting family and friends or getting to work. The reimbursement helps offset the cost associated with providing transportation. This program is available to individuals with disabilities living in the OmniTrans service area.

OmniAccess/ADA Services – OmniAccess services are available to qualified applicants whose physical or cognitive limitations prevent them from using the regular Omnitrans bus system in San Bernardino County for all or some of their trips. OmniAccess is a curb-to-curb, shared-ride paratransit service for certified individuals with disabilities that prevents them from using the regular Omnitrans bus system. For more information and a map of the service area, visit omnitrans.org/services/access-ada.
