Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) hosted its annual Take Your Child to Work Day on July 26, where employees had the opportunity to give their children a glimpse into the vital work they perform every day at ARMC.
The children took part in fun and educational activities alongside their parents. They toured Nutrition Services, Rehabilitation Services and Respiratory Care, and even got to dress in surgical scrubs during their tour of the Operating Room. They also visited interactive booths for departments such as the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Burn Center, Environmental Services and more.
Throughout the day, the children interacted with healthcare professionals and learned about the diverse roles within the hospital.
A special thank you goes out to the dedicated hospital staff who generously came in on their day off to give these tours and showcase the incredible teamwork and commitment that define Team ARMC. Their enthusiasm and willingness to share their knowledge made the day unforgettable for both the children and their parents.
