High schools throughout the county are encouraged to participate in High School Voter Education Weeks.

As we approach High School Voter Education Weeks from Sept. 15–26, 2025, the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters invites high schools across the county to get involved. This two-week initiative empowers students to partner with their school administration to host voter registration drives and highlight the importance of civic participation. Beyond registering or pre-registering to vote, it’s a chance to celebrate and inspire the next generation of voters.

To make participation simple and effective, we’ve created a comprehensive starter kit designed for both students and their parents or guardians. The kit includes:

  • A step-by-step guide
  • A voter registration drive checklist
  • Pre-drafted social media posts and images
  • A flyer and website graphics
  • A letter to parents/caregivers in English and Spanish

Use the High School Voter Education Weeks Voter Registration Drive Starter Kit to assist your school in hosting your own voter registration drive.

We encourage educators to engage in High School Voter Education Weeks in any way that works best for their school community, whether by hosting a voter registration drive, sharing pre-registration resources, or sparking conversations about civic responsibility. Every effort helps equip our students to become informed, active participants in our democracy.
