San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk (ARC) is pleased to announce the return of the California Secretary of State Apostille Pop-Up Shop for the third time.

An apostille is an official certificate issued by the California Secretary of State that authenticates public documents for use in foreign countries. Apostilles are commonly required for international legal matters, including adoptions, marriages and other official proceedings.
