San Bernardino County residents have a simple and convenient way to report non-emergency issues in their communities using SeeClickFix, a free mobile app and online tool designed to connect the public directly with County Public Works.
SeeClickFix allows residents living in unincorporated areas to quickly report concerns by submitting photos, videos and detailed descriptions. Whether itโs a pothole, graffiti (excluding private property), debris, flooding or a damaged street sign, the app makes it easy to notify the appropriate department. Users can also report issues such as storm drain concerns, weed abatement needs, snow-related issues and more.
Once a request is submitted, residents can track its progress and receive updates as the issue is addressed. This added transparency helps keep the community informed and engaged while ensuring concerns are handled efficiently. The platform supports services maintained by Public Works Transportation, Special Districts and the Flood Control District.
SeeClickFix is part of San Bernardino County Public Worksโ ongoing commitment to improving communication, responsiveness and service delivery for residents.
By using SeeClickFix, residents can play an active role in keeping their neighborhoods safe, clean and well-maintained.
The app is available for free download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Residents can also access a desktop version and view service area maps by visiting the Public Works website at https://dpw.sbcounty.gov/.
