

Residents will be able to provide public comments at Board of Supervisors meetings remotely by telephone during meetings following July 1. More information on the remote public comment process and how to register to speak during the board meetings will be available at publiccomments.cob.sbcounty.gov.
Meeting dates and location:
Board meetings are held in the Covington Chambers on the first floor of the County Government Center, located at 385 N. Arrowhead Ave. in San Bernardino.
Regular Board of Supervisors meetings are held on Tuesdays and begin with closed session at 9 a.m. and public session at 10 a.m. View theย annual calendar of meetingsย for scheduled meetings. Any exceptions to the location or start time of the meeting will be publicly noticed pursuant to the Brown Act and included on the posted Board of Supervisorsโ agenda.
Meeting agendas:
Board meeting agendas contain a brief general description of each item of business to be conducted or discussed during the board meeting and are generally available for review by the close of business on the Friday before the Tuesday meeting.

- Online at publiccomments.cob.sbcounty.gov.
- Via U.S. mail to San Bernardino County Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 385 N. Arrowhead Ave., 2nd Fl., San Bernardino, CA 92415.
Written comments received after the posting of the agenda and prior to the start of the board meeting will be forwarded to the board for review. Comments relating to matters subject to board consideration or discussion will also be posted online at cob.sbcounty.gov/brown-act-writings-received.
Any written comments received after the meeting begins and through the conclusion of the meeting will be provided to the board after the meeting adjourns. Comments received outside of this timeframe will be forwarded to the board as general correspondence and not included in the meeting record.
