More than a decade after the Dec. 2, 2015, terrorist attack at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, a documentary by San Bernardino County examines the lasting impact of the tragedy through the experiences of family members of the victims, survivors, first responders and community leaders.

The documentary centers not only on the Dec. 2 attack, but also on the years that followed. Participants reflect on remembering loved ones, living with loss and preserving the legacy of those who were killed.

The documentary also highlights the creation of the Curtain of Courage memorial at the San Bernardino County Government Center, which was developed with guidance from the families of the victims and the survivors.

These stories not only capture the lasting impact of Dec. 2, but also the resilience shown by families of the victims, survivors and the community, as well as the compassion and support shown by others that have helped them move forward.

The documentary is also available on the Curtain of Courage website, where visitors can also learn more about the memorial and those it honors.
