September is shaping up to be a powerful month of connection, education and community engagement as San Bernardino County Behavioral Health recognizes National Recovery Month and Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month.
Throughout September, the department will host and participate in a wide range of events, trainings and outreach activities designed to celebrate recovery, strengthen suicide prevention efforts and connect residents with resources and support.
“We are excited to bring communities together throughout September to celebrate recovery, promote hope and equip residents with tools that can help save lives,” said Josh Dugas, San Bernardino County Behavioral Health acting director. “We invite residents, community partners and local leaders to join us, participate and help spread the word.”
