We would like to thank Ashley Harris of Loma Linda for submitting spectacular photos of Joshua Tree National Park.
Visitors planning a trip to Joshua Tree National Park may want to consider visiting after sunset, when temperatures begin to cool and the parkโs dark skies offer excellent stargazing opportunities. On clear nights, visitors may see the Milky Way, stars, planets, meteors and occasionally a comet. If you plan to visit, check current weather conditions, bring plenty of water and follow safety guidance from the National Park Service. For stargazing tips, please visit the National Park Serviceโs website.
