We’re proud to feature Lucas as our Pet of the Week! This stunning 1-year-old black brindle Cane Corso has a love that’s bigger than his paws. His favorite thing? Snuggling. Lucas knows the “sit” command, is delightfully food-motivated and will leap into the air to catch his ball. He’s an absolute gem — athletic, smart and affectionate — and he’s ready to find his forever family to cozy up with just in time for fall.
Today is National Black Dog Day, the perfect moment to celebrate the beauty of black and brindle coats. Lucas’s black brindle coat may not always stand out in photos, but his beautiful stripes are even more striking in person. Come meet Lucas and let his personality — and those gorgeous stripes — steal your heart.
