The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) proudly joins organizations across the nation in celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month this May through the launch of the Call for Art campaign.

To highlight the importance of mental health at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood, DBH invites emerging artists to create and share original works that represent and embody themes of mental health, suicide prevention and awareness for 2025. Submissions are welcome in all mediums, including those incorporating technology or poetry. Selected pieces will be showcased during our in-person 2025 Meet the Artist Exhibition this May, with a special opening reception to celebrate the participating artists. Everyone is invited to attend, support the artists and join us in raising awareness through creativity.
