San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk Josie Gonzales has delivered the supplemental roll #140 to the auditor-controller/treasurer/tax collector.

The supplemental roll includes 12,590 parcels with a total net value of approximately $4.8 billion. As required under California law, changes in ownership or new construction trigger the assessorโ€™s office to reassess the property. This generates supplemental assessments, which can result in supplemental property tax bills.

โ€œThe completion of supplemental roll #140 reflects continued growth in San Bernardino County since May 2026. I am especially pleased to see this growth in our High Desert region,โ€ said Gonzales.

Supplemental assessments help ensure that property taxes reflect changes in property ownership and new construction. The resulting revenue supports essential public services throughout San Bernardino County, including schools, public safety, infrastructure and community programs.

Property owners who wish to review their assessed value or obtain additional information may visit the San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerkโ€™s website or contact the assessorโ€™s toll-free number at 1-877-885-7654 for assistance.
