We would like to thank Donald Purdey of Redlands for submitting stunning photos of his favorite San Bernardino County destination.
Desert Christ Park overlooks the town of Yucca Valley near Joshua Tree. At this destination, you’ll find more than 40 sculptures and images depicting scenes of Christ’s life and teachings. Some of the sculptures include the “Last Supper Facade” and “Blessing of the Children,” both by the late Antone Martin.
The park is located at 56200 Sunnyslope Drive in Yucca Valley. Daily hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and admission is free.
