The Big Bear Alpine Zoo is planning for the future, and we want the community to be part of it. As part of the zoo’s strategic planning process, we are inviting residents, visitors and community members to take a short survey and share what they would like to see from the zoo in the years ahead.
Whether you visit the zoo often, have only visited once or have never been, we want to hear from you. Your feedback will help us better understand what our community values, what could make a visit even better and what programs, services and experiences people would like to see in the future.
We also want to learn how the community views the zoo’s role in wildlife rehabilitation, conservation and education and what might encourage more people to visit, become members, volunteer, donate or stay involved.
Most importantly, the survey will help shape the direction of the zoo. As we consider future facilities, programs, education, staffing, funding and visitor amenities, we want those decisions to reflect the people we serve.
Instead of assuming what our community wants, we want you to tell us. The survey is short, but your input can make a lasting difference. Take the community survey at https://s.surveyplanet.com/4hfmwi7u.
