The 23rd annual Apple Valley Airshow and NAPA® Car Show is this Saturday, Oct. 10. Gates will open at 9 a.m. and planes will take to the sky from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The show will open with the C-53 Skytrooper D-Day Doll and the Round Canopy Parachute Team.
The event will feature aerial performances, historic warbirds, aerobatic demonstrations, a car show and family entertainment. The U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team will headline this year’s event, and a C-147 will also fly by.
In addition, families can enjoy the General Atomics STEM Expo, which includes hands-on aviation and aerospace activities, flight simulators, model airplanes and air-powered rockets.
General admission is $15 for ages 11 and older, $10 for active military with proper identification, and free for children 10 and under. For more information, please visit applevalleyairshow.com.
